Tre and Shelby met in February 2019. Their first date was nothing short of eventful—and somewhere in the chaos, something special sparked. Just two months later, they made it official, and they’ve been inseparable ever since. Six years, four degrees, and 2 cats later, they’re still going strong. They’ve found so much joy in building a life together, and they can’t wait to celebrate with you.
The wedding ceremony will take place at The Woodland @ 5:00 pm. We kindly ask that you respect the venue dress code and refrain from taking photos during the ceremony.
Wheel Chair Accessible
The reception will be held at the same location, the Woodland.
Dinner will be served, and there will be an open bar.
We encourage you to come dressed to impress and ready to dance!
Keep an eye on your mailbox in early summer 2025—formal invitations will be on their way! As we get closer to the big day, we’ll be sharing more details, including meal options, RSVP deadlines, and any bridal party events leading up to the wedding
Our wedding is semi-formal. Cocktail attire is encouraged—suits or dress slacks for men and cocktail dresses or elegant separates for women are ideal. We’ve included a color palette below for inspiration.

Since there are so many great hotel options in Downtown Phoenix, we’ve decided not to partner with a specific hotel for the wedding. With tons of hotels and Airbnb's just a short drive away from the venue, we’re confident everyone will find something that works for them.
That said, Tre and I wanted to share a few of our personal favorites—places we’ve stayed in the area. All are a 10-minute drive or less from the venue.
Cambria Hotel
A vibrant hotel filled with stunning artwork and a rooftop bar with great views.
The Clarendon Hotel
A peaceful, adults-only spot just outside the busiest part of the city.
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Phoenix Downtown
Just a 5-minute walk from the wedding venue—super convenient if you’d rather skip the car ride!
Best Western Downtown Phoenix
Comfortable and centrally located—easy access to everything downtown has to offer.
Residence Inn Phoenix Downtown
Multiple dining options in the building, like Little Rituals, one of our favorites on the hotel’s 4th floor.
Downtown Phoenix is packed with things we love—from art and nature to nightlife and laughter. If you’re looking to explore while you’re here, here are a few of our favorite spots. We recommend purchasing tickets or making reservations in advance.
Phoenix Art Museum – Wander through incredible collections from around the world.
Japanese Friendship Garden – A peaceful oasis with koi ponds, winding paths, and vibes.
Themed Bars - Looking for a themed cocktail experience on a train, a Tiki ship, or a 70s-style airplane? Check out Century Grand or Carry On!
Stand Up Live – Grab a drink and catch a comedy show—always a good time with friends or family.
Speakeasy Bars – Downtown has no shortage of hidden gems. Try Killer Whale or Bitter & Twisted, but Pigtails is our favorite!
The weather in Phoenix during February and March is generally considered to be very pleasant and a popular time to visit due to February and March typically dry months.

Yes! We’re happy to provide an open bar offering wine, beer, and liquor throughout the evening.
Parking at the venue is very limited.
While there is some nearby street parking, it is not guaranteed. We strongly recommend arranging a rideshare service (such as Uber, Lyft, or even Waymo, the self-driving vehicle) for convenient drop-off and pick-up
To keep our celebration intimate, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed by name on your invitation. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to contact us directly via text if you have our contact information or you can send us a message below in the "Wedding Questions - Contact Us!" section below.
Yes, we’ve arranged for our caterer to provide vegetarian and vegan options. Please reach out in advance if you have specific dietary needs.
We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under age 18 [or 21, or another age] on our wedding day.
Guests are asked to arrange their own transportation. We recommend using a ridesharing service (such as Uber or Lyft) to travel between the venue and your accommodations. If you're staying at one of the recommended hotels listed on our website, the venue will be just a short ride away.
We recommend flying into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX), which is centrally located and offers convenient access to the wedding venue and hotels.
